Save Incremental - with keyboard shortcut

When saving iterations of work, it would be a nice feature to press a keyboard shortcut to save incremental - this would work only if saved original copy already, or an incremental.

Algorithm simply looks at existing file name, checks to see if rightmost characters are numbers - if not, then append '01' suffix, else increment existing. that way, completely avoid Save As dialog having to increment manually.
