Disable Link submiting
Link option don't fit this site purpose because we want well written proposals with descriptive images, not YouTube videos or images without context. There should be only Text type of submitting.

Good Idea, this should be a nice barrier for "spammy" posts
With the move to Blender.Community (and the updated Dillo backend), this is now possible... and implemented! :D
Quick follow-up (mostly a note to myself ;). It's simple to remove the "Link" post type from the database. However, the theme would need to be updated to remove that option from the submission box.
c'mon how can an external link be bad, real spam it's unlikely, inhibit linking it's a serious limitation to a proposal. Link-only post are bad proposal and should be down voted, just like the ones that are badly written or unclear/incomplete. This is not the way to encourage a good proposal quite the opposite, the more rich and complete, the better.
This isn't about disabling links in posts. Right now, Dillo offers the ability to make a post that is full of custom text and description (including links and images) or just a link to an external page. For this particular kind of site, the latter isn't particularly useful.
I agree with this. I'd initially thought that perhaps it might be useful to link outside the site to proposals, but after seeing a few link-only posts here, I think it's a good idea to remove/hide that feature of Dillo.
