Vector Database for AI/LLM Blender Development Assistance

I'm neither an AI/LLM expert nor a software developer. However, I've been amazed at what I can achieve in coding with an LLM like ChatGPT, even with minimal experience.

What do you think about creating a specific vector database (e.g. Pinecone) for Blender development? This database could be connected to an AI/LLM to help new or inexperienced developers/users build their own plugins for Blender.

I understand it's not a simple task, but I see the potential for this approach to open doors for many more people to develop for Blender to their specific needs.

Given that Blender and many of its plugins are already open-source, wouldn't it be an ideal candidate for such a project?
