Create Texture Button Proposal
The aim of this proposal is to add a button inside the texture menu to direclty load or create an image for the brush texture. This could be added in the texture menu inside the Texture Paint Mode and the Sculpt mode. It could also be added to the texture mask menu.
The way it is today you have to create a texture and then go to the texture tab in the properties panel to load an image or create a new one.

this is generally combined with a possible better rewriting of the texture panels in paint mode in a more "photoshop-gimp" perspective with the addition of image layers
