"Only Boundary" option for Inset Faces

Having this option would give us a very quick and easy way to add supporting loops around boundary edges, or to use the added geometry to create walls with thickness for example. Quite often in my workflow, I inset faces to give nice even geo, and then delete the added geo where it's not needed on the non-boundary faces.

Failing that, I'll rip the edges and use loop slide, but that's not always reliable.
