Bfont - ship blender with bold and italic font variants

One thing that always annoys me when working with text objects inside blender is to always choose system font files if i want the settings bold and italic to take effect. Thus i wish for blender to include Bfont Bold and Bfont Italic as well. Currently it seems like only Bfont regular gets shipped.
