"4K" Render Preset
Add "4K" aka "UHDTV 2160p" (3840px × 2160px). to the list of Render Presets alongside "HDTV 1080p", "HDTV 720p", etc. This is a small change and yes, I can make my own. But it can just be there. This is the purpose of presets.

I made an addon to fix this: github.com/johnroper100/CinematicAspectRatios
Sounds good, I will add some preset for different industry standard 4k presets once I find out more on the specific of each standard.
