Curve bevel profile constant(defined) angle - pitch-wise and yaw-wise

So the proposal is to make it possible for profiles of bevel not to rotate with curve pitch-wise and as another option also jaw-wise. The feature is similar to the "twist method" - z-up option. So same could be also for the rest of the rotations. The best would be the option to put any angle which also could be good for the "twist method", like constant angle and input field with that angle. Such a feature would be very useful to model roadsides, constructions, simulate Quill Pen calligraphy, etc.
