Formula Node in Geometry Node
Sometimes you must do certain calculations, get some parameters, and simply run a formula on them all. The use of a node for each operation in such a situation causes a lot of nodes and it is burdensome and difficult to follow and understand the calculation and its purpose.
I would like there to be one node to which you can add a number of inputs (and several outputs) like the Group Input node and there will be a field where you can write the formula for what to do with all the inputs. To help the user know which functions can be used, it is possible to create a drop-down list next to this field with all the possible functions so that the function can be selected from the list, and it will be added in the function field where the cursor is.
Thus, in one elegant node you can run complicated calculations without having to build the same thing by individual nodes.
Something like this:
Maybe with an eyedropper near the formula field to help get the name of the inputs.

I like the idea, but I think it would be better to have a script node that allows you to specify a script from the text editor via a dropdown on the node.
This way all limitations would be removed thanks to being able to create any node at all, not to mention like you said, replace hundreds of math nodes with a single line of code.
It should probably use VEX rather than python though, as VEX is similar in speed to C++. Or it could allow VEX and Python, leaving it at the users discretion based on the type of task the node is to do.
literally just signed up to ask this, being able to do this would simplify the mess required to make some simple math.
