please make a 3star point smooth perfect.. please!

zbrush smooth brush, when you press shift Rclick it will smooth the object. BUT when you let go shift while still Rclick press it will smooth the 3star vertex perfectly.. blender has an amazing smooth surface brush, but doesn't keep the edge distance and it will pinch a little see the reference image
