Allows users to customize the width of UI lines inside the theme.
The official one can only set a few ugly values, and it is global and uniform.
We could custom the line width if is seted by theme

This might help, landed in master just 4 days ago. Though only affecting the "Edge Width" in 3DView and UV/Image Editor: projects.blender.org/blender/blender/pulls/104741
And please decouple it form the line width from Edge width, or other Wired objects line thickness.

I tried setting the width of these lines by patching. But it doesn't work in 3D view and UV editing window
