Python Auto Run Include/Exclude List

Blender allows you to enable auto-execution of python in .blend files globally, and optionally specify a list of file paths to exclude.

Suppose you are happy to always be prompted to enable auto-execution for all .blend files everywhere, except in the folder of your project, which you know contains safe scripts because you wrote them.

Rather than try to list every path where a potentially unsafe .blend could live, it would be easier to just specify that one place where only safe .blends live.

Proposal

Replace the "Excluded Paths" panel in preferences with an "Included/Excluded Paths" panel. Next to each path would be an extra button that toggles whether to include or exclude this path.

Paths would be evaluated from top to bottom, so you can add exceptions like excluding an unsafe subdirectory of an otherwise safe path. edit: so they'd also need move up/down buttons or drag areas (not shown in mockup).

I think this is a fairly intuitive change that is unlikely to confuse users. If new paths default to exclude, they will not have to make any adjustment in how they use it.

Elegant mockup! And definitely a safer solution.
