Shift-lock add-to-selection
Normal way, we add to selection with Shift. But not very convenient if you can not use 1 hand. Would be good if we could add to selection with Shift-lock too !

because unless you're wanting this behavior full time on left-mouse, you will still need to use your other hand to hold down a key since the view3d.select operator is not modal.
maybe it's possible get access to KeyMapItem idname and make a simple operator with boolean of/off this Extend option on select-click...? and add this checkbox on RMB menu or in your custom pie menu
