Separate user selectable Text Editor color scheme / theme

It would be useful to have a separate color scheme / theme for Text Editor, as it is the builtin "IDE" for Python scripting.

Some UI color schemes are OK, but their text editor syntax highlighting is atrocious, so I can't use those themes. And some UI themes are vice versa, theme doesn't work for me / my eyes, and yet it has good text editor syntax highlighting.

I think blenders build in text edior is not meant to become an 'IDE'. I also thought about that, but most devs use vscode, atom or pycharm anyway so maybe not the best point to spend development time at the moment. would be nice to have never the less.

Like I said - builtin "IDE" - I thought I made it pretty clear it is not a fully fledged IDE. Either way, having control over syntax highlighting of the Text Editor independent of UI colors would be very helpful, as now both are tied together, while both are IMHO very different things. At least for me, it is way faster to test something in Text Editor than open some IDE and then go through the process of usually creating some project or such, even if I use VS Code for other stuff daily.
