Mantaflow modular bake all

When you bake a smoke simulation in mantaflow there is the option to bake everything, however you cannot seperate the bakes into seperate parts to adjust noise without destroying the entire sim, so I propose the removal of the bake all button and instead have the bake all button within the cache section, so instead of having to free the entire bake or baking it bit by bit you instead bake them together but can then free the noise seperately
