Select Only Parents option

Add to this menu a Select Only section with: Parent, Child, Collection.

Parent = You can only select it if it has children. All children will be selected also but the Parent will be the active object. [ ? Is there a command to deselect everything except the active object ?]

Child = You can only select it if it has a parent.

Collection = You can only select it if it's in a collection that is not the scene collection and when you click an object all objects in the same collection get selected... I don't know what should happen if some objects are in more than one collection.

These options would be mutually exclusive so probably use radio buttons instead of checkboxes.

Also this is one of the rare areas where I wish we had some icons that indicated state instead of being hidden beneath a button. I want to keep the drop down with the text and checkboxes but would also like an always visible indicator/icon of some kind like how snapping and proportional editing do it.
