List add-ons by install date in the Preferences

I wish for this little option for a long-long time. I'd like to see the latest added add-ons in the top of the list.

UI-wise this must be an easy thing to add, but I presume the hardships start when Blender automatically migrates the add-ons to a new Blender install. But I hope this could be overcome.

The advantages are pretty self-explanatory so I just want to mention one: I tend to forget the smaller add-ons I installed recently and because all the add-ons are exposed at different places in the UI this would make them a 100x easier to find again.
