Grease Pencil 3 - Stroke Split missing
In GP2 pressing V (Grease Pencil->Split, bpy.ops.gpencil_stroke_split) with a point selected on a stroke would spilt it into two strokes at the selected point.

The V key shortcut is now used for "Set Handle Type". This could be used a lot if the stroke type was set to Bezier (Stroke->Set Curve Type->Bezier).
Technically you could select a point and just delete it; this would split the stroke into two separate strokes. What is nice about the split command is it left the original point which could be joined/extruded from.
It seems that they should've kept the V key as a vertex rip same as Edit mode elsewhere like with mesh. V key in Texture Paint causes the mode to switch to Vertex Paint instead of prompting the stroke method choices. Perhaps they should've set the stroke choice to Alt-E as in Texture Paint for consistency.
