Pan View in Status Bar for All Tools not just for Knife Tool

One of the most essential features should have been implemented into Blender is to be able to pan through Status Bar on bottom of the page for any Tool not just knife Tool , Especially some Tools have lengthy options down the Status Bar and requires being able to pan through it to see or know them all and also some Blender users like me would increase the UI Scale for seeing better , thus the Status Bar's options for each Tools would take more space and becomes less viewable .
