Convert creates/assigns Material to Grease Pencil

ISSUE:

When a Text, Curve, or a Grease Pencil object is created through Add menu, a Material is automatically created and assigned to it.

But when a Grease Pencil object is created through the Convert menu, no Material is created.

The behavior is inconsistent.

SUGGESTION:

If the item being converted has a Material, assign it to the new Grease Pencil object, or if there is a compatibility issue then create a new Material for the object.

If the object being converted does not have one, create in new Material to the Grease Pencil object.
