Add Swatches Panel to Colour Picker
It would be great to add a Colour Swatch panel added to all Blender's colour pickers. But from my perspective, especially for the Vertex colour picker.

rastered option or in general andvanced color wheel option would be a dream...
There is color palette datablock in blender, but it's kinda poorly integrated and annoying to use:
Yeah cool, its only available in Brush settings right? something like that appended globally would be great.
