Asset browser - Reorder libraries and categories

Currently, it seems that there is no way to reorder the libraries once added.

This leads to a very messy view of the libraries that the user has been adding.

Adding a "drag and reorder gesture" would be appreciated. Like the one that when creating inputs and outputs for geometry node groups. And maybe a button that reorders them according to a criteria (name asc., name desc., newest)

Also, it would be great to create "categories" to add hierarchy levels. Let's say that you have 2 libraries (2 paths) that have kit bashing pieces. Well, it would be great to have the possibility to create a level called "Kitbash" and add those 2 libraries in there. And a step further would be that the same library can be under different categories. For instance, one of the kitbash libraries could be under another category called "Robots".

At the very least they should store this piece of information in a text file so that we can reorder it ourselves and copy/paste it between blender installs to be able to quickly set all our blender versions to have the same list of resources.
