USD Stage Manager Workspace

Having a similar approach as SideFX Houdini does to the usd asset hierarchy would be great for the user. I had a first approach here with a created addon. An Outliner or Workspace specific for usd would be beneficial. Component, Scope and Xform choosable as a root actor.
