Allow hiding self report info and save user pref console output

This would make it way better for developers trying to make a nice interface for their end users developers of add-ons... No matter what I've tried it seems impossible to hide the output of the saved user pref operator and self report dot info if you don't give the option to hide self report dot info you can't make a nice informative message in the info tab and keep your console clean..... Same with hiding user pref sometimes it's conducive to save preferences while still keeping a nice clean console... If you don't want to do this you can always flash a Self report infomessage when preferences are saved only and not do it in the console that way if you fill end users need to be informed they'll get informed without muddying up your console... thanks in advance for taking this into consideration
