Feature or addon to blur faces in videos

Hi everyone. This is my first comment and I say sorry in advance if I have posted in the wrong category.

I would like to see a feature or add-on to easy blur faces or car plates in videos.

I see the process in the video "Video Editing in Blender 2.8 - Part 5: Blur a Face/Logo" by Ryan King Art: youtube.com/watch

It is a bit long and complicate, although I am able to follow his instructions and I already used it in some of my videos, but something as easy as Flixier would be appreciated.
