Gpencil Dot Dash Modifier Update to enable Butt Caps

Add a Cap Mode menu to the Dot Dash modifier which enables the user to flick between Butt and Round caps for strokes.

The functionality appears to exist (in part) under the Stroke menu, so bridging the gap between the two menus might be quick and straight forward.
