Check filename conflict before render
Upon hitting render, perform a check whether any files won't get overwritten by the render. Now, if you forget to change render destination you can end up overwriting preciously rendered frames.

Yes, i always wanted a big red render button, that you hit and THEN specify all settings, much like editing softwares. I think a Render Queue would do great!
