Pivot cursor manipulator
Hi, I wish to have Cursor manipulator to move cursor itself, just like manipulator for object. or is there one? Thanks

In the viewport, top right corner, you have option. Just click affect only origin. I made a hot key, D in my case. When I press it, I get into origin mode and when I press again I go back to normal.
Yes, there is an addon that let's you transform the pivot of anything. It does cost 7 bucks tho blendermarket.com/products/pivot-transform
