More «Select similar» options for curves

Now we have radius, direction, type and weght. But after conversion from mesh all these properties can be similar.

For mass curve edit I suggest few more options:

• Segments connected — allow to select ends or middle points, separate non-cyclic segments.
• Tips — endpoints of curves, allow to create profiled stylized hair much easier (as far as current system do not work with profiles well)
• Tails — startpoints
• Length — for selected segment
