Clicking MODIFIER icon in Outliner should switch Properties Panel to that modifier
Modifier icons are visible in the Outliner panel.
It would be convenient if clicking on them there would bring up the appropriate Modifier in the Properties panel.

Done! Check the last 2.9.2 build.
It was already done, will come with the 2.92 release developer.blender.org/T63991
* @slowk1d * , I'm not going to obsessively monitor fractional releases to see what gets done or not.
But I'm happy it is. And of course analogous actions should occur for all icons in the Outliner, where appropriate.
