cloth simulation end frame should allow increase, resume

currently in baking a cloth simulation:

• an interrupted simulation cannot be resumed
• it is not possible to change the end-frame value

This is not like other physics where I can interrupt and resume and adjust the End Frame of the simulation. When I want to do either of these, I must Delete the simulation and start from the first frame, which can cost valuable time when iterating over various settings.
