Implement taskbar icon progress bar on linux (e.g. KDE plasma)

hi, using blender in windows gives green progress bar on the taskbar icon, for simulations and renders.

it would be useful to get this in KDE plasma (endeavourOS uses this, for example) so I could see when my multi-hour simulation is done without constantly checking blender.

KDE plasma does already support this feature, but blender doesn't.

there are addons to notify on render completion, but it's not the same.
