Snap settings for the gradient tool in weight paint mode

Enable precise grid snapping for the gradient tool in weight paint mode. The gradient tool is one of the most overlooked and useful tools in Blender. Not only is it perfect for smooth weight painting, it can also be used to easily paint vertex color using Vertex Color from Weight that can otherwise be impossible with a brush.

The issue is that the gradient tool doesn't snap to the grid. This would provide precise distribution of vertex weight and color for objects that require it or artists that prefer to have more control, speed, and consistency over such important matters to 3D animation and game art, like weight painting and vertex painting.
