Allow binding "Toggle Window Fullscreen" to a hot key
This should be pretty self explanatory.... looked for "toggle window fullscreen" in the keybind editor today, it isn't there. Why not? Please fix :)

Right click on that line and select "Assign Shortcut" and press whatever button you want. Done.
* @testure * Well. that's embarrassing..... Of course, now I'm torn between being embarrassed and being annoyed that there are bindable operators that don't appear in the keymap, even if you search for them....
* @cerebral * think of how annoyed you would be if you didn't know what to search for and had to scroll through thousands of operators. For the record- there already is an Operator Search, and you can also bind hotkeys from there. By default it's F3, just type in something (fuzzy search is supported) and you'll get a list of results.
