Bevel modal map precision mode

Precision Mode (i.e. holding Shift to slow down bevel adjustments) is hard‑coded in Blender’s C code, not exposed as a changeable key-binding in the keymap. Even under the “Bevel Modal Map” you can’t remap it via Preferences for the bevel tool in Blender 3.x or 4.x versions.

I think this should be exposed into remappable operation instead
