Allow a setting to display the UV's of a selected object (or objects) when in object mode.
With the advancements Blender has made in UDIM workflows, I am finding that I need to be able to see multiple UV tiles at the same time.
To cite a specific example, I have an object right now that has 92 UDIM tiles. I need to see which faces of which objects are in which tile to control some baking parameters. The only way to do this currently is to select every object at once, tab into edit mode, select all, and then see which faces are in the UDIM tile of interest.
Not only is this a cumbersome workflow, it is occasionally a very very slow workflow. With a model that has hundreds of objects and many millions of faces this can be incredibly slow (measured in half hour time frames) or even impossible (because putting an object into Edit mode massively increases memory usage, and it it possible to run out of memory just trying to go into edit mode).*
Ideally there would be a toggle in the UV window that would allow it to display the UV's of any selected object (or objects) as soon as that object is (or objects are) selected.
*Just jumped from 32GB used to well over 50GB used just by going into edit mode.

coming from other DCCs, that's always surprised me to not see UV in object mode. I really dont see any interest to not show it

I did a search before I posted but obviously did not do it thoroughly enough. I have commented on that link and voted. Thanks for the heads up.
