Mandatory enter to the proposal/entry to be able to cast votes

I have noticed that people can cast votes directly from the page where the title/subject of all proposals are shown. I think it should be mandatory that the user enter to the proposal before be able to cast the vote, and thus there are more chances that the user carefully read the proposal and comments in this entry. I think that way voting would be a little more serious and productive.

(sorry for my English)

This is an interesting idea. While it's worthwhile to be able to see the current ranking of a proposal on the main page, you're absolutely correct that having the ability to vote there only inspires lazy behavior. I'll definitely look into this when I re-theme the site.

Little follow-up. I've got this implemented in the theme. It's a bit ugly at the moment, but it does what it needs to.

definitely agree! As it is now a well written title might be sufficient to attract votes
