Snap IK->FK & FK->IK Constraint

Proposing creation of constraint for internal Ik<-->Fk Snapping

Currently process is tedious and counter intuitive. Pose has to be adjusted manually with every switch.

Already possible to resolve via python as presented in rig below blendswap.com/blends/view/87142
