auto Hide 3D Cursor
Most people don't like 3DC because they don't need to be visible most of times. if after a few seconds unused it fades to 0 transparecy could help a lot. when it should be visible: 1,when changed 3DC's locatoin 2, it is pivot point 3,we are in add menu

I support this idea. I sometimes get tired of clicking into space in order to remove the cursor from view.
I made this addon where the 3D Cursor reveal when the 3D Cursor shortcut is pressed and auto-Hides when you use a different tool: github.com/IbyA/3D-Cursor-Auto-Visibility

great idea, it should start with milliseconds and up though, +1 from me.
Do what I did. I completely changed nearly every keybind, one being the mouse click cursor. The cursor stopped bothering me after that and only works when I activate the tool or use one of my side buttons (my mouse has side buttons, so I assigned it to one of those).
