Key-Down Toggle Snapping/Advanced Snapping

I use snapping and one of the biggest slowdowns is turning it on/off and changing the context of how it's snapping.

I'd like to expand how snapping can be accessed.

This would need to:

  1. Toggle on snapping by holding a key down, and off when it's released. It should work even while actively dragging the gizmo.

  2. keybind different snapping methods (This would be in addition to key down method). For example hotkey (A) could snap to Vertex, while hotkey (B) could snap to Incremental

(settings like absolute grid snapping should continue to be accessible and toggleable in the snapping menu.)

While in an operator, they (AFAIK all) allow toggling snapping with ⎈ Ctrl , so that's already there.
Though it just uses the snapping with its settings as they are with no further hotkeys to control these.

I like the idea of having other keys to snap with a specific target on the fly, sounds cool. Plus it would make Maya users feel more like home.
