Better MultiGPU Render Info

That one probably is under development or there are option I mist even trough I am too belief to looked thoroughly.

I often have the problem that I don't see which tile is rendered by which card and how long each card took for it's own respectively chunk. Working with different cards this is really interesting, but also if I want to know which chunk took how long.

The feels a bit more like a debugging feature than something a user would want access to all the time. That said, where would this info be printed? The UV/Image Editor's render info area is getting pretty crowded. Would printing to the console be sufficient?

@Jason van Gumster: Yes I think it would be sufficient. Well for GPU rendering at least. I think if you would use CPU rendering with a PC with 8 threads would be a bit a mess, even more if you have 54 threads. Well just saying. Also without any visuals it would be a hard to see which card rendered which tile, or which thread. But there could be a pass which outputs a graphical map.

Also Yes this is pretty much a debugging feature. So it shouldn't be enabled by default.
