Highlight options from addons

Sometimes you don't know which options did blender had and which ones were from an addon, it is great when to know when someone asks for how to model something and you say go to option x, but sometimes you have to check if it's an addon. It also helps to find where that new option is located. It could be on demand on the preferences and a new color should be added to the themes. You could also have it as an option in each addon, so if you have many of them you won't have that color everywhere.
