Add the camera specific controls to the camera right click menu

Currently it seems all of the camera tools and behind keyboard shortcuts or in weird palces in the ui. I think these options should be available when you have a camera selected and right click to bring up the menu:

1. make selected camera as the scene camera
2. view to camera
3. camera to viewport
