Physics settings "dropdown," for linking settings accross multiple objects

Similar to how you can choose to use the same particle system across multiple objects, it would be nice if there was a way to link physics settings across multiple objects.

This would be good for large physics simulations, but as it would also be a data-block I would imagine that it would also allow for linking support if you wanted to link a physics library.
