Outliner "Scenes" View Filter

This may be something not implemented yet in 2.80, but in 2.79 I find it extremely helpful, especially in larger scenes, to filter the outliner based on the flags in the attached image. Are there plans to bring this to 2.80 in "Scenes" view?

Adding hierarchy support to "View Layer" has been great as well, but having the highlighted filters in "Scenes" view gives an added level of scene-wide control.
