Grease Pencil: Quick selection layer in the viewport

Quick selection layer in the viewport window. If there are a lot of layers, it takes time to select the desired layer by name. I need to be able to select a layer in the viewport window. For example, to select the "Hand" layer, you need to activate the Selection tool and hold ALT + right-click on the drawn hand in the viewport window.
