Make camera display size relative to zoom level

Same as how the point light display size is relative to the zoom level so it always appears the same relative size in the viewport.

The camera object's display size should scale with the viewport zoom level so it doesn't become gigantic (500m camera in large scenes?) or extremely tiny and almost invisible.

For visualizing the FOV of cameras I propose a cone overlay view similar to the spot lamp's "Show Cone" feature.

Something like "adaptive non-scaling objects size" in prefs..

* @impacman * Nah - an option for every little thing just leads to feature creep. Why would you every want a camera to behave the old way?

* @Simon Storl-Schulke * Could be usefull to see where in 3D the camera size end to add green screen footage in eevee for example (like Ian Hubert does for example)

* @Simon Storl-Schulke * As it is right now you can scale the camera and I find that useful when building scenes to know exactly whats in the camera view (and what isn't), without having to look through it

* @Willy Wonka * What I propose for that is a proyection cone similar to what can be done for spot lights

* @Simon Storl-Schulke * I've seen some camera rigs that mimic real world objects and in that case you'd always want the camera icon to be a particular size.

* @thinsoldier * The camera size is meaningless unless you're talking Ortho

* @thinsoldier * I see - then I guess a per-camera property makes more sense then a global property.
