Grease Pencil - Select between

There is Dissolve Between command available in the right click context menu when editing Grease Pencil strokes It removes un-selected points from the stroke that are between selected points.

It would be useful if there was also a Select Between command.

i.e. select 2 points on a stroke and pick Select Between from the Select Menu to add all the in between points to the selection.
