More imperial units support in distance properties

Two suggestions that can be useful for people from architecture field that are using exact measurement:

1. More natural imperial units typing. For example: 5' 6 1/4" should be interpreted as 5' 6.25" . Currently it's throwing an error: invalid syntax. Perhaps you forgot a comma? . Though currently there is a workaround to make it work - 5' 6" 1/4"

2. Support displaying fractions of an inch. 5' 6 1/4" should display as 5' 6 1/4" and not as 5' 6.25" . I guess it would also take adding option to select precision.
