Pin stroke and fill separate
I would love to pin the stroke so that I can have black outline but have fill with vertex color, rather than making another material. This way it is much easy to draw with changing color just for fill.

I think the feature you're looking for is the vertex color mode.
I know but this one effects both stroke and fill, isn't it? I just want to change fill vertex when drawing.
